Regions Hospital is seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to lead clinical system analyses and drive improvements that reduce safety risks. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across HealthPartners to foster a safety culture and coordinate incident reporting, monitoring, and process enhancements.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, relevant licensure, and experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or project management.

This role plans, implements, and manages patient safety initiatives that decrease risk of safety events based on incident reporting and issues that arise through ongoing monitoring and reporting, while facilitating process improvements that will support the reduction of medical and health care errors and other factors that contribute to adverse patient outcomes.

This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position. The full salary range for this position is $82,638.40-$123,947.20 annually, based on experience and internal equity. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
