About the Role

In this role, you’ll manage performance review and compensation processes, analyze salary data, and make sure our pay practices are competitive and consistent. You’ll also help keep job descriptions current and provide valuable insights to leaders. If you love spreadsheets, strategy, and supporting people behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
  • Manage annual review and compensation processes across departments, including off-cycle increases and promotions.
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
  • Draft and maintain accurate job descriptions and respond to compensation-related questions from leaders and employees.
  • Ensure data accuracy and handle all compensation matters with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, English, Communication, or related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in a human resources or benefits function
  • Two (2) years of compensation experience
  • Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with team members
  • High‑level diligence and accuracy in execution of work and tasks
  • Proven independent sound decision making and critical thinking skills
  • Initiative‑taking, organized, responsive and professional
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications, expertise using Microsoft Excel
