Job summary

Benskin Talent Partners is partnering with a St. Louis-based manufacturing organization to hire a Compensation Analyst for a newly created role. This is your opportunity to help build and shape the compensation function while supporting a major HRIS implementation.

The role offers visibility, influence, and the chance to drive real impact within a growing company. Hybrid work with quarterly travel to the St. Louis office is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated compensation experience.
• Strong market pricing and salary survey experience.
• Experience with compensation structures and pay grades.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
• Build and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture.
• Support merit, bonus, and incentive compensation programs.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on compensation recommendations.
• Develop reporting and analytics while helping implement a new Compensation module.
• The role combines analytical work with hands-on compensation administration.
