Job summary

Hunt is seeking a Compensation professional to lead the design and administration of our employer compensation programs in Irving, Texas. You will shape base pay, incentives, and stock programs aligned with recruitment, retention, and engagement goals.

You will design pay structures, grading, budgets, and guidelines, and advise managers on pay decisions that meet policy and budget requirements. You will evaluate jobs, maintain descriptions, and participate in market surveys to stay competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

  • Evaluates jobs and develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
