As a Compensation Advisor within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH. The role is primarily based at a PNC location, with some responsibilities performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support in designing, implementing, and administering organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales, and executive compensation.
• Conduct job analysis, evaluations, and salary reviews to ensure fair pay.
• Monitor and recommend revisions to compensation policies based on market trends and peer analysis.
• Create reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education, including a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of industry experience. Certifications are preferred but not required.
