Job Responsibilities

The Customer Retail Manager (CRM) will act as a retail extension of the sales team, responsible for driving sales, merchandising, and distribution at store level. Key strategies include:

  1. Ensuring customer agreements are upheld
  2. Driving distribution & share growth via shelving, new items, and resets
  3. Selling promotional and incremental opportunities to meet revenue targets
  4. Monitoring and managing pricing
  5. Managing agency relationships

Location: Fargo, ND or nearby.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with store customers
  • Implement sales and shelving strategies to surpass revenue, distribution, and share goals
  • Ensure effective execution of customer agreements and programs
  • Coordinate with agency partners for retail priorities
  • Collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all activities
  • Perform store visits weekly

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Availability to work early mornings (starting at 7:30AM) Monday-Friday
  • Willingness to work during peak times around holidays and major events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify performance opportunities
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, and bending

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in selling, merchandising, or customer service
  • Strong curiosity about sales and merchandising

Salary Range: $68,900 - $86,100 plus performance bonus. Benefits include healthcare, wellbeing programs, and retirement plans. Location: Remote within the U.S.
