Job Duties:

Develop and run your own Compensation Consulting Firm.

Education & Experience:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Experience in market benchmarking and pay structure development.
  • Additional experience in executive benchmarking and incentive compensation design.
  • Optional certification as a CCP or other professional accreditation.
  • Professional skills in organization, communication, analytics, and presentation.
  • The ability to build strong relationships.
