Job summary

Make‑Wish Michigan is seeking a dedicated Wish Coordinator in Southfield, MI. You will guide families through every stage of the wish process with empathy and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 60–80 wishes yearly, coordinating transportation, accommodations, and experiences, and maintaining precise Salesforce records. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 60–80 wishes annually from initial engagement through completion and closure.
• Serve as a consistent, compassionate point of contact for wish children and families.
• Coordinate all aspects of each wish, including transportation, accommodations, medical considerations, volunteers, vendors, itineraries, and experiences.
• Complete and maintain accurate wish documentation and case records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, donors, and internal teams to create meaningful wish experiences.
