Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee seeks a dedicated Wish Coordinator to lead the end-to-end coordination of life-changing wishes. You will serve as the primary contact for families, verify all wish details, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure safety and feasibility.

You will also manage budgeting, leverage in-kind resources, and coordinate with vendors and volunteers to deliver unforgettable experiences while maintaining strict confidentiality and policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in volunteer coordination or nonprofit settings is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Primary contact for assigned wish families throughout the wish process.
• Verify wish details with families (participants, timeframe, installation, medical needs, travel).
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure wishes are medically appropriate.
• Manage budget and expense forms, and reconcile spend post-wish.
• Plan and execute spending within approved budgets.
• Utilize in-kind resources and vendor services to enhance wish experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date wish data in the database and protect confidentiality.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., airlines, Give Kids the World) for wish logistics.
• Create wish itineraries and schedule announcements as needed.
• Review and train volunteers, assign duties, and communicate expectations monthly.
