Charter Oak Home Care is seeking a caregiver to support a male client in his home on Fridays 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 11am-7pm. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship.

The client lives with his wife; late-stage dementia; client bedbound; uses a Hoyer lift; fall risk; catheter.

Pay is $18-$23 per hour; opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules across multiple openings; flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Experience as PCA/HHA/CNA preferred
• Compassion and empathy required
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalized care and implement care plans in the client’s home
• Assist with activities and overall care management, treating clients like family
• Help with personal care including hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, feeding
• Provide transportation to appointments as needed
• Document task completion and report changes in client condition
