Charter Oak Home Care in Torrington, CT seeks experienced caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to join our flexible team with 4- to 12-hour shifts, including weekends. You design a schedule that fits client needs and may work part-time or full-time.

You will implement care plans, provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, mobility support and light housekeeping, while treating clients with respect and dignity.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy are essential.
• Reliability and punctuality are required.
• Ability to use good judgement and remain calm under pressure.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Background check and references may be required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes.
• Help implement personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Provide companionship and ongoing social & emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, meals.
• Ensure safety and client enjoyment; provide transportation as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks and report changes in client condition.
