Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, team player with strong communication.
• Highly organized with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients in person and over the phone.
• Answer questions, triage client concerns, and direct to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily flow; check in/out and process payments.
• Provide friendly emotional support during times of need.
