Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients, triage concerns and direct to the appropriate party.
• Answer calls or emails and schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide friendly emotional support and maintain discretion in times of need.
