Crestview Veterinary Clinic in Austin, TX is seeking a receptionist who will be the initial touchpoint for clients and their pets. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care, while coordinating appointments and maintaining medical records.

Ideal candidates love animals, communicate well under pressure, and are flexible to work weekends/holidays. Veterinary software experience is a plus in this fast-paced practice.

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets receive the best care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence, treat each pet like your own.
