Responsibilities

• Assess arrival needs for clients and pets and identify emergency vs standard cases.
• Route non-patient calls to the appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments and provide preparation instructions for pets.
• Offer emotional support and resources to grieving clients with discretion.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and service teams during pet care steps.
