As a member of the Engagement Team, you will maintain the van, assist residents with boarding, and communicate clearly with staff and residents while providing reliable transportation. A background screening is required, and the role offers benefits supporting growth and happiness.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van and assist residents.
• Excellent communication with seniors and staff.
• Patient, respectful attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and events.
• Ensure passenger comfort and well-being during transit.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the van.
• Maintain van cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Support community programs and activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Report issues promptly and professionally.
