Job summary

This full-time position requires a valid NYS driver’s license, the ability to pass necessary health and safety checks, and adherence to agency policies. The job supports independence and community participation for our clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Article 19-A (NYS-DMV) physical.
• Must possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets Agency Driver standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe transportation to individuals to and from programs.
• Completes daily vehicle inspection checklist.
• Records mileage and codes for agency vehicles.
• Maintains assigned vehicle and reports issues to Transportation Coordinator.
• Transports goods to designated locations as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
