Job summary

Frederick Living in Zieglersville, PA is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide reliable transportation for residents using Frederick Living vehicles. You will ensure passenger safety, manage wheel chair lifts, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while supporting the community’s needs.

This role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and a PA driver’s license, with a safe driving history. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required; starting rate is $15.50 per hour, with company benefits

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent with a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license.
Prior experience and safe driving record preferred.
Flexibility to assist in emergencies or on weekends/holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

Drive Frederick Living vehicles to meet transportation needs of residents.
Maintain safe driving record and ensure residents are comfortable and secured.
Operate vehicle safety features and wheel chair lift; report defects to Transportation Manager.
Respond to scheduling requests within 24–48 hours and know routes to designated sites.
Keep vehicles clean and maintain required fuel levels; communicate incidents appropriately.
