DR Security is seeking a part-time Transport Driver in Norman, OK to provide transportation services for clients to needed care within and outside the contracted area. The role emphasizes excellent customer service to facility staff, clients, and family members, acting as the company’s in-person representative.

The position is part-time and does not offer benefits at this time. Responsibilities include route coordination, data entry in Samsara, and maintaining logs, with supervision from Field

Competenze

• Minimum of a high school degree; excellent driving record.
• Must be at least 26 years of age.
• Experience in the military, security, law enforcement, mental health or other relevant position.
• Proficient in English (oral and written); active listener.
• Tech-savvy, good typing skills, and experience with data entry.
• Proven ability to work remotely, managing time effectively to produce results.
• Operate in highly stressful situations and multi-task effectively.

Mansioni

• Drive long- and short-distance trips, coordinating routes and schedules with dispatchers.
• Retrieve and secure clients and personal belongings for trips.
• Maintain detailed logs of working hours in compliance with state and company policies, submitting monthly.
• Ensure vehicle defects, accidents, and violations are reported immediately for corrective action.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance such as refueling and cleaning.
• Interact professionally with facility staff, clients, and family members.
• Collaborate with Dispatcher and Field Supervisor to resolve issues and update contacts.
• Enter data into Samsara system, maintain logs and submit monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations and Field Supervisors to maintain facility contacts.
• Work to reduce transport arrival times and report any overages to Field Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by Leadership.
