Acadia Healthcare is seeking a part-time driver (20-29 hours per week) to safely transport patients to appointments and events. You will assist with admissions/discharges, ensure passenger safety with seatbelts, and handle on-call responsibilities as required.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid state driver’s license. CPR and de-escalation/restraint certifications are required (training provided). First aid may be needed depending on state or facility policies.

Responsabilités

• Transport patients to and from admissions, appointments, and events.
• Pick up or transport visitors or staff as needed.
• Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts before starting the vehicle.
• Drive facility vehicle to pick-up supplies or equipment as needed.
• Respond to and adhere to on-call schedule as required.
• Complete transportation documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance issues.
• Keep company vehicles clean and functional at all times.
• Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers; prioritize patient safety.
