Job summary

Friendship Community Care, Inc. in Rogers, AR is seeking a part-time transportation attendant to provide safe transportation for clients in the adult development program.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may require a CDL depending on the position. You will perform vehicle maintenance coordination, complete trip logs, and report incidents promptly while following HIPAA and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL may be required based on position.

Responsibilities

• Turns in Gas Credit slips and Medicaid Transportation forms daily.
• Ensures the bus is washed, according to monthly schedule.
• Immediately reports all transportation related incidents to Supervisor.
• Attends weekly staff meeting.
• Responsible for providing safe transportation.
• Follows FCC and FPS policies and procedures.
• Assists with taking children/adults to their classrooms.
• Complete all required training in a timely manner.
• Assists in delivering/picking up vehicles at shop.
• Completes Work Orders on vehicle maintenance requests and other problems.
• Keeps updated bus route directions in bus.
• Ensures Daily Bus Roster is turned in.
• Checks buses at end of morning/afternoon routes to ensure no person remains on bus.
• Completes Pre Trip Inspections and maintain them in file for review.
• Always Maintains current and valid AR Driver’s License and ensures the HR Department has a copy of this for their files.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc. and the clients.

• To adhere to the following and comply with all Quality Assurance’s & HIPAA procedures:
• Consumers’ progress notes be maintained and completed daily or as needed on the prescribed forms.
• Consumers’ records must be maintained weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. All information must be filed in consumers’ records as needed and updated as prescribed by funding sources.
