Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and assisting clients during transit.
• Supporting drivers with the safe loading and unloading of passengers.
• Properly using wheelchair securements, safety restraints, and seat belts.
• Providing compassionate support to individuals with disabilities.
• Communicating passenger needs and concerns to drivers and management.
• Maintaining professional, respectful, and positive interactions with clients, coworkers, and community members.
• Following all health, safety, and transportation procedures.
