The position requires professional attire when interacting with families, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least 1 year of courier/driver experience with direct customer interaction preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and drive in hazardous conditions.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives company owned vehicles for first call transfers of deceased.
• Coordinates with first responders, hospital staff, and facilities per procedures.
• Assists families with sensitivity during transfers and maintains professional appearance.
• Enters deceased event Information into proprietary software per company procedures.
• Transports caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes and assists with moving them.
