Interim HealthCare Staffing in Duluth, MN seeks a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in nursing facilities and similar settings. You will administer medications under nurse supervision, document accurately, monitor residents, and support daily living activities.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and TMA certification in Minnesota.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six+ months of experience in a nursing facility.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare settings.
• Safely administer medications according to physician orders under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately document medication administration and report concerns or changes to the nurse.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and adverse reactions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Take and record vital signs and other required information.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and families to promote quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures.
