Job summary
Behavioral Health Group - BHG is seeking a compassionate Counselor to support patients on their recovery journey through counseling sessions, treatment planning, and connections to community resources. You will welcome new and returning patients, guide them through intake and orientation, and build trusting relationships in a fast-paced clinical setting.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday shift, $23.00–$26.00/hr plus a bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with CAC, CSW, RSW, PLMFT or Master's degree with PLPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAC.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling for people recovering from drug use and alcohol disorders.
- Welcome new and returning patients by guiding them through the intake and orientation process.
- Connect patients with community resources and help them access the support they need.
- Follow up on referrals and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Foster an inclusive environment where every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements.
