Job summary

Edgewood Manor of Greenfield in Greenfield, Ohio, is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide compassionate, individualized care to residents at our 60-bed facility.

As an STNA, you will assist with ADLs, support nursing staff, promote dignity and comfort, and participate in care planning meetings with the team. New graduates are welcome; reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active STNA certification in Ohio is required.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Reliability, compassion, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide respectful, hands-on care that promotes dignity and comfort.
• Support nursing staff with daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
