Job summary

Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our 80-bed facility. You will provide personalized, high-quality care to our Sisters, building warm relationships and ensuring comfort daily.

Qualifications

• STNA certification required.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sisters with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs and intake/output; report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Assist with feeding and hydration; transport to appointments.
• Maintain clean, safe environment; follow infection control protocols.
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation.
• Follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety.
