Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
