Job summary

CareCore at Heritage seeks compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team and help seniors live with dignity. Full-time shifts include 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am, and 2pm-10pm, with every other weekend/holiday required.

We offer flexible scheduling, no mandating, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team. Base responsibilities include daily resident care and clear communication with the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA license required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Answer resident call lights and respond quickly to resident needs.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
