Job summary

CareCore Health in Lima, Ohio is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our caring team. You will support residents with daily living activities, uphold dignity, and collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

We offer full-time schedules with an every-other-weekend rotation and shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am. Daily pay and an excellent benefits package are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent resident care.
