Job summary
Villa Georgetown Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team in Kentucky. You will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily activities and personal care with dignity.
You will monitor residents' health, support mobility, document care, and collaborate with RNs and LPNs to ensure high-quality care in a supportive environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- STNA certification in state where employed (OH verified per listing).
- Compassionate, patient approach to resident care.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dedication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs and other staff.
- Attention to detail in documenting care and following care plans.
Responsibilities
- Direct Care: assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
- Monitor Health: observe changes and report to nursing staff promptly.
- Assist with Mobility: help with transfers, positioning and mobility exercises.
- Provide Emotional Support: build relationships and provide companionship.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: keep rooms clean, safe and compliant with health guidelines.
- Document Care: accurately record care provided and changes in condition.
