Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate spiritual support aligned with patients’ beliefs in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and meaningful experiences for patients and families receiving hospice care.

As part of the team, you’ll work with leadership and the interdisciplinary group to guide care, support staff development, and ensure respectful, aligned spiritual care across patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field.
• Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in health care or hospice setting.
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual support honoring the patient’s beliefs and values.
• Guide patients and families through grief, loss, and end-of-life needs.
• Collaborate with leadership for professional development and care planning.
• Coordinate care with the hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate experiences.
