Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting and documentation
• Provide therapy for speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders
• Plan activities and deliver therapeutic services for speech and language needs
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals
• Carry out care plans with appropriate progression and monitor patient outcomes
• Support quality assurance and customer service activities

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
