Job summary

You’ll evaluate and tailor treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a caring team. Required licensure or certification plus CCC and CPR; Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education

Master’s degree preferred
