requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, Colorado SLP licensure or in process, BLS, and at least 1 year in SNF preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in this state.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to make independent decisions and handle confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Carry out treatment plans and adapt progression within the care plan.
• Conduct tests and complex treatments individually or with assistance.
• Collaborate with OT/PT/MD and other healthcare team members on patient programs.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries promptly.
• Provide a full range of speech therapy modalities based on education and clinical needs.
