Job summary

Qualifications

• Evaluates residents/patients and develops a treatment plan with functional goals.
• Provides treatment as ordered and reviews progress with the physician.
• Records observations and reports changes to the physician.

Responsibilities

• Instructs residents, families/caregivers on Speech therapy procedures.
• Participates in staff development and in-service education.
• Supervise CFYs as per ASHA guidelines.
• Meets productivity and utilization expectations.
• Completes timely clinical documentation with goals and progress.
