The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration with a focus on patient-centered care.

The position requires an active or pending state SLP license and may prefer CCC-SLP or CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold active or pending SLP state license.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required
• CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
