Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation in patients' homes. The clinician will plan and evaluate care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well‑being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Strong communication

2+ years experience in acute care/home

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
