Bunkie Home Care, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, seeks a Social Worker - Per Diem to provide medical social services under a physician and an Interdisciplinary Group, helping patients and families understand social and emotional factors affecting health. You will join a team that values dedication and development, with pay ranging from $28.75 to $43.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Current driver’s license with access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transport.
• Licensed as a Social Worker by the State Board of Social Work.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of residence.
• 1+ year(s) of social work experience in a health care setting.
