Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
• Licensed Social Worker in the state where you reside.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of social work experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical social services under the direction of a physician and an Interdisciplinary Group.
• Assist in understanding social and emotional factors related to the patient's health status and development of coping mechanisms.
