Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license.
• At least 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during training.
• Desire to serve ill, aged and infirm.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and Nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals.
• Make beds and tidy bedside areas.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within residents' reach.
• Other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
