Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations: answer calls, screen guests, monitor security cameras
• Conduct guest intakes and provide shelter orientation
• Manage guest chores and stock supplies
• Assist with linen laundering and daily operations
• Document guest information and ensure safety and confidentiality
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team communication
