Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Driver to provide safe transportation for residents using company vehicles, including wheelchair options. This full-time role runs 9:00am-5:30pm with weekend rotation.

You will perform vehicle upkeep, assist residents in and out, and deliver hospitality and great service. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and clear English communication; CDL-Passenger may be required in some states.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude; reliable attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, may include wheelchair lift.
• Participate in day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with receptionist or concierge duties when required.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
