Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Driver to join our team. You will provide hospitality and safe transportation to residents, transporting them to scheduled appointments and recreational outings using company vehicles, including wheelchair vans and buses.

You will contribute to daily upkeep and safety inspections of all vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work; professional, pleasant, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, potentially using a mechanical wheelchair lift.
• Participate in day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance of company vehicles (fueling, servicing).
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with receptionist or concierge duties as needed.
• Make hospitality and customer service the priority in every interaction.
