Job summary

The Village at Rockville is seeking a caring Driver to transport residents safely to appointments, activities, and outings. This PRN/As Needed role offers a pay range of $19.50-$23.75/hour and a friendly, supportive team.

You will maintain vehicles, log mileage, assist residents in and out, and ensure a clean, comfortable ride. CDL with passenger endorsement and good driving record required; drivers with vehicle maintenance familiarity are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Friendly, patient, and courteous demeanor with customer focus.
• Ability to assist residents in and out of vehicles as needed.
• Interpersonal skills and experience with vehicle maintenance helpful.
• Commercial Passenger Bus License a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely and professionally to scheduled destinations, appointments, and outings; no unscheduled stops.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment and stock necessary supplies.
• Ensure vehicles receive routine maintenance documentation.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out; wash, vacuum, and window cleaning.
• Maintain accurate mileage and trip logs.
• Perform other duties as required.
