Job summary

Dial is seeking a part-time driver to transport residents to appointments and activities. You will ensure safety during boarding and travel, assist with mobility aids, and provide excellent customer service throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include maintaining appointment records for billing, reporting vehicle issues, and supporting the lifestyle team on outings while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CDL license if driving a bus is applicable.
• Chauffer’s license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities, communicating clearly.
• Ensure resident safety entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Assist residents with walking aids during transport.
• Provide high level customer service at all times.
• Maintain appointment records for monthly billing.
• Notify supervisor of vehicle mechanical issues.
• Assist lifestyle team during outings when needed.
• Report concerns about residents' well‑being to supervisor.
• Participate in evacuation drills and guide residents to safety.
• Keep vehicle clean, orderly, and safe.
• Report work injuries to supervisor on shift day.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and operations info.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
