Independence Village in Waterford is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport senior residents safely and courteously. You will assist residents on and off the bus, keep logs, and help maintain a clean vehicle while following routes and schedules.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years driving a shuttle or similar vehicle, a Chauffeur's License with a clean record, and a compassionate approach to elder care. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe transfer methods.
• Completes bus trip logs and follows route priorities to maintain efficiency.
• Maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at the start of each trip.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
