Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for our senior residents. The role requires punctuality, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds while helping residents on and off the bus.

Schedule is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm, with pay of $16 per hour. You will be responsible for maintaining routes, completing trip logs, and keeping the vehicle clean.

Qualifications

• 3 years of shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle driving experience.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & care for seniors; enjoy helping and working with seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiarity with local area.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Enjoys laughing and providing excellent service while working hard.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods (lift, ambulation, transfer).
• Complete bus trip logs and route as scheduled; organize and coordinate route priorities for efficiency.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start and submit when completed.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
