Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a part-time Server for SANTIANNA, a premier senior living community in Carlsbad, CA. You will serve residents with courtesy, take orders, and assist in dining areas to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with residents in a senior living community.
• Must pass background and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down (bus) tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards; cooperate with team members.
