Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring a Full-Time Server to provide outstanding dining service for residents in our Independent Living community. This role focuses on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and positively impacting the lives of older adults.

Evening shift runs 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM with rotating weekends. Join our team to help create a welcoming dining experience and support residents with their meal selections and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive meal service to residents in the Chesterfield dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selections while ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
• Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create a welcoming dining experience through excellent customer service and compassionate care.
